- Consistency: Does the brand consistently deliver quality products, or are there outliers?
- Safety History: Have there been recalls? How did the brand handle them?
- Warranty & Service: How easy is it to return or replace defective products?
- Sustainability: What is the brand doing about environmentally friendly production and materials?
- Value for Money: Are you paying for the brand name or for real quality?
We also consider availability in the Netherlands and Belgium. A great brand that's hard to find here or has extreme shipping costs receives a lower practical score.
